Jackie Cox, an award-winning country & western singer and songwriter, will perform at two free concerts Aug. 19 and 20.
He will sing Sunday, Aug. 20 at 3 p.m., at a free concert on the Town common.
Cox’s songs include:
- I Love You Son
- Golden Fiddle
- Devil in My Rearview
- Saying Thank You is Not Enough (a tribute to men & women who serve our country)
Jackie Cox will also perform at a concert of Christian and inspirational music Sat. Aug 19 at 7 p.m. at St Jude Parish on Mammoth Rd.

I am not sure if you have heard him. Kathy has a demo CD. This guy sounds like a real singer! (My apologies if he is lurking on the blog, no offence intended). I think that when people come to the last day of Old Home Day this year they are going to depart very happy.
